Beyond the Numbers: the Rising Importance of Human Skills in the Age of AI

In an era where AI can write flawless code and generate insights in seconds, what truly separates human analysts from algorithms? Coming from my background of transitioning from clinical healthcare to data analytics, I argue that while AI can generate SQL queries, build dashboards, and identify patterns, it cannot replace critical human capabilities.
